Signage throughout the Town is subject to the regulations and restrictions found in the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Section 7.03 as well as any approved Master Sign Plan. Signage sizes, heights, and locations vary by zoning district, developments, and type of sign. A sign permit application is required to be submitted to the Department of Planning and Zoning for all signage on private property.
